January 4, 2011 Board Meeting Agenda Item #10 Title APPROVAL OF A NON-EXCLUSIVE UTILITY EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF SARASOTA FOR SANITARY SEWER LINES LOCATED IN THE 35TH STREET RIGHT OF WAY Description The rerouting of Orange Avenue for the Booker High rebuild project required that a portion of 35th Street be vacated by the City of Sarasota.  Once the street vacation is approved for 35th Street, the ownership of half of the right of way will revert to the School District.  The easement is for the sanitary sewer lines that will be located under the right of way for 35th Street that will be owned by the School District. Recommendation That the School Board approve the non-exclusive utility easement to the City of Sarasota for 35th Street right of way.
